1. Service Overview

Century Private Access, operated by A Century Holdings Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202616136E), provides private chauffeured experiences in Singapore. All bookings are confirmed upon availability and payment.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and exclude prevailing GST.
50% deposit required to confirm booking. Balance due 48 hours before start time.
Additional hours billed at SGD 320/hour, pro-rated in 30-min blocks.
ERP, parking, and entrance fees are included. Meals and personal purchases are not.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

48+ hours notice: Full refund of deposit.
24–48 hours notice: 50% of total fee charged.
Under 24 hours: 100% charge applies.
Weather: If STB issues a weather advisory or we deem conditions unsafe, we will reschedule at no cost.
No-shows: 100% charge applies.

4. Guest Conduct

We reserve the right to terminate service without refund if guests engage in illegal activity, abuse staff, or cause damage to vehicles. Guest is liable for cleaning fees due to excessive mess or damage.

5. Liability

All vehicles are fully insured and operated by licensed chauffeurs. Century Private Access is not liable for delays due to traffic, road closures, or force majeure. We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles.

6. Discretion & Privacy

All staff sign NDAs. No photos, videos, or social media posts will be made without explicit guest consent. Guest information is handled per our Privacy Policy.

7. Child Safety

Child seats and booster seats provided free on request. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children are properly secured and supervised.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Singapore law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
